- Company name and optional domain are collected for smarter review
- No client dashboard access is granted automatically
- FatHead Hosting reviews and approves accounts manually
- Suspicious or spam requests can be archived or removed
This protects the backend from random bot-created accounts while still allowing real clients to request access.
